1. Account Registration

• Product Photography: All product images, videos, and lookbooks are proprietary to VANIYU. Unauthorized use, hotlinking, or scraping of our images for resale or redistribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action and/or account suspension.

• Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier once the item has left our facility.
• International Shipping: You are responsible for ensuring that the importation of our products complies with the laws of your country. You are solely responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Failure to pay customs fees resulting in the return or destruction of goods will result in deduction of return shipping costs from your refund.
